18 January 2014 - Doi Lang, Northern of Thailand
After the fantastic start of our trip at Doi Ang Khang on Day 1, we are all ready to be surprised again and again at Doi Lang.
As the sun slowly rise from behind the mountain, this Sooty Headed Bulbul is getting ready for the day of actions. One of the very common bird that we saw throughout this trip - Grey Bushchat (male) the female was behind if you can see it.
Olive Backed Pipit also made their appearance in-front of us.
White Browed Laughingthrush is the nest showing up and add on to my list...
A female Grey Bushchat was spotted not far from the male.
Mountain Bamboo Partridge is one of my target bird before the trip. What a joy to have this bird show on my camera sensor!
We move further up Doi Lang and saw this very pretty Ultramarine Flycatcher!
Following the noise I saw a pair of Chestnut Bellied Rock Thrush perched on the tree.
As we sit down on the floor enjoying our coffee break, this cute White-gorgeted flycatcher dash out from no where.
Follow the path was this Siberian Rubythroat
As usual, the noisy one. You hear them first right before they arrive - Rusty-breasted Scimitar Babbler
Just before we have our lunch, Spot breasted parrotbill just too eagle to show me his back!... to be continued
